Schedule & Description of Classes:
6:45am – 7:15am – WINDED
( WINDED is 24 minutes of active exercise it is a High intensity low impact Interval based workout)
9:30am – 1030am – FITE60
( A full body High intensity 60 minute workout incorporating strength training, core training & cardio)
11am – 12pm – Boxing
(learn the fundamentals of boxing while burning a ton of calories)
1pm – 1:45pm – Kettlebell
( In this class we turn up the heat, literally. The majority of exercises will be Kettlebell based exercises performed in a heated room)
2:30pm – 3;15pm – FITE 4 Beginners
This is a 45 minute class that incorporates strength training, core & cardiovascular exercises at a moderate pace perfect for beginners.
3:30 – 4pm – WINDED
