At F.I.T.E Fitness our Group Training classes are second to none. They are in the format of a group “personal” training session not a cookie cutter aerobics class. This is why our members get such great results. Whether you are in good shape already and want to take it to the next level, a newcomer to fitness or returning after a layoff you will fit in, feel comfortable and achieve your goals.
You will always do a new exciting workout not the same old routines. We do this for a few reasons, 1. We want you to have fun while getting in shape, not bored. 2. Our bodies get used to workouts and adapt to them to take the easiest path. This slows results. We don’t want slow results. We want you to look and feel great ASAP!!
FITE – our flagship class and namesake. A 60 minute full body functional training juggernaut. Along with strength training this class will also give you your fill of core & cardio. *Members regularly burn 500 to over 1000 calories
FITE45 – This is a 45 minute version of our FITE class
WINDED – A 24 minute high intensity interval based cardio workout that mixes in just a touch of strength training & core work. *Members regularly burn 300 to over 600 calories in just 24 minutes of active exercise.
