After a person signs up at your typical big box gym they are pointed to the cardio area & the strength area and essentially wished luck.
Then what happens?
Well…. most people then go to the gym, walk on the treadmill or use an elliptical, possibly do random strength training and some core exercises… fast forward a month and those people are in no better shape than when they joined, they haven’t lost any weight they are discouraged, bored and quit.
